I am a therapist and Certified Brainspotting and EMDR therapy practitioner serving clients throughout Maine. For almost two decades, I have been using my skills, intuition, and a bit of humor to help people find greater clarity, self-understanding, and freedom. I frequently utilize neuroscientifically informed therapies, Brainspotting and EMDR, to help people resolve internal conflicts and recover from past trauma/PTSD. I draw on an array of therapeutic approaches and my clinical expertise to assist clients in improving their relationships, work, and life.

I also provide couple’s therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); the “gold standard” approach to couple’s therapy. The research behind EFT demonstrates success in helping couple’s reduce conflict and deepen their bond.

All are welcomed in my practice. I seek to create a safe and inclusive environment for all sexual identities, expressions, and relationship styles. I am committed to antiracism, personally and professionally. The negative impacts of prejudice, bias, and colorblindness on mental health are profound. Racial trauma is real. I strive to be affirming and responsive to the needs and experiences of all clients.
